Interamerican Quality Foods is proud to have served as the official sales office of Congeladora Hortícola (CH Foods) since it opened its doors in 1991.

Working together, CH Foods has become one of Mexico’s most sought-after processors of quality frozen bell pepper, squash, zucchini and jalapeño.

CH Foods processes frozen vegetables at its state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Mexico’s growing region near the Mexico/Arizona border. In addition to sourcing from local farmers, CH Foods grows millions of pounds of its own no-heat jalapeños every year.

The vegetable pack runs from November through June, providing customers a counter-cyclical option to purchase quality frozen vegetables off-line thereby eliminating the storage costs that would otherwise accrue from sourcing only from domestic processors.
